Hilton, one of the world’s largest hospitality companies, recognizes they have a critical responsibility to protect their many communities, their people, and the destinations where they operate so they can remain vibrant and resilient for future travelers.

Hilton’s 2022 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report is a robust document tracking progress against the company’s 2030 Goals and integration of the requirements of GRI and SASB. The report also includes detailed performance tables and an assurance statement. In parallel with the full ESG report, a summary Highlights document and Powerpoint are also created to share key metrics with their diverse audiences across different communication channels.

The Goal
The interactive pdf report visual language is designed around their brand and evolving ESG framework and strategy and works to communicate all progress and initiatives. We created multiple infographics to facilitate better communication of their environmental approach, emissions progress, a roadmap toward future goals, integration across their business, and the proprietary technology used to track all data.
